100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
All Products ordered from FuzzyFriend.Com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will replace or refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). All items purchased from FuzzyFriend.Com are refundable within a 30-day calendar period from the receipt of the product(s). Purchases of $99 or more (not including shipping charges incur a 10% restocking fee if the item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled). Our goal is to help bring out smiles on the faces of your friends and family.

We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and new condition will qualify for exchange only. customer is responsible for all shipping charges on purchases and returns/exchanges.

How to Order and Payment Options
You may utilize our online Secure Order system, or you may place orders by, e-mail, or regular mail. If you send us an e-mail with your contact information, we will be happy to contact you within one business day and complete the order over the phone. Payment options include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you want to make an order by mail click on “Mail Orders” on our menu bar and print the page. Your order will ship once certified check or money order clears. Please allow 3-5 days for check or money order to clear. Thank you.

Returns
If for any reason, your are not satisfied with the quality of a product and/or service provided you may return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order for a refund (not including shipping fees and re-stocking fees). Contact our customer service department at support@fuzzyfriend.com for pre-approval before returning any products. Refunds are issued to the purchaser once FuzzyFriend.Com receives the merchandise.

All returned items must be unused and in their original pre-shipping condition with all original tags attached. Include in the box a copy of the Invoice. Purchases of $99 or more (excluding shipping charges) incur a 10% restocking fee if item(s) are returned or order is cancelled.

If your item(s) was purchased using our "free shipping" option, then you will be charged for all shipping fees, if you return the item(s). FuzzyFriend.Com will charge the difference for the cost that we incurred to ship the item(s).

Note: Please use caustion when trying on items. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled,worn, damaged, dry cleaned, washed is considered to be Other than original condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes deodorant markings, pet hair, and odor such as perpiration or cigarette smoke. If such merchanise is returned it cannot be refunded.
